The VA Fellowship in Women’s Health offers advanced training opportunities to future leaders in academic health sciences who will be engaged in research, teaching and program development that will improve the health of women. Each fellow completes an individualized career development plan (ICDP) around 6 core areas essential to a successful research-based academic career.
