Opportunities to Engage with the Student SIG

To join the Student SIG roster or to be added or removed from the listserv:
Log in to the Members Only section of the SBM website, click My Profile, then edit the SIG section under the Professional tab. If you have questions or difficulty, email

Send and receive messages from the Student SIG listserv:
To send relevant postings for students (e.g. publications, job opportunities, etc), simply insert this address into your email recipient list: If you are a member of the Student SIG you will be automatically enrolled in the listserv.

Student SIG Facebook Page:
The Facebook page is a great way to stay connected with other members of the SIG, outside of the Annual Meeting! It is also a good source of current information for students about SBM opportunities and surviving graduate school. Be sure you "like" the page to get updates.

Networking Spreadsheet:
A Google Spreadsheet was created as a way to help students connect about their research interests and to network for future collaborations.  Visit the spreadsheet to enter your information and see the research interests/contact information of other student members.
