Donor Advised Funds
A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a convenient and flexible way to support SBM and make a lasting impact on the causes you care about.
Contributions to your DAF are tax-deductible in the year they are made, and you can also recommend one-time grants or set up recurring grants to provide consistent support to our programs and initiatives!
How to Give:
Contact Your DAF Provider: Log into your DAF account or contact your fund provider to recommend a grant to SBM.
Provide Our Information: When recommending a grant, you’ll need to provide our legal name, address, and tax ID number. This ensures that your gift is directed to us correctly.
Specify the Purpose: If you have a specific program or initiative in mind, you can designate your grant to support that area. Otherwise, an unrestricted grant allows us to use the funds where they are needed most.
If you choose to recommend a grant from your DAF, please let us know so we can acknowledge your generosity and ensure your gift is applied according to your wishes.
