Sociodemographic Disparities and Physical Activity Behaviors

Sociodemographic factors like sex, race/ethnicity, and income can lead to persistent disparities across health-related contexts, including physical activity participation. Efforts to support health equity in physical activity require an exploration of the impact of such disparities on physical activity behaviors and evidence-informed strategies for addressing them. In this webinar, three researchers will present their work and expertise in understanding and addressing disparities in physical activity across a variety of populations.
