The Department of Family Medicine, Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University seeks an innovative full-time Behavioralist (Faculty member) for our developing Integrated Care Program. This position will function as a member of the research team in the Center for Integrated Care Delivery. This position will train and supervise graduate-level behavioral health students who are providing care to patients in an integrated primary care setting; contribute to the revision and restructure of a more unified, interdisciplinary curriculum across multiple professions in the primary care setting; and provide behavioral health services as a part of team-based care for school-aged children and staff via a telehealth system directly into rural school settings. Minimum qualifications: completion of appropriate Doctoral Program (PhD, PsyD) and current North Carolina license or eligibility for license in a behavioral health discipline in the state of North Carolina. Previous experience in Integrated Primary Care Settings, Ambulatory and Tertiary Medical Settings, and clinical practice addressing physical and behavioral co-morbidities preferred.
