Psycho-Oncology (Tenure Track)
Rush University Medical Center Chicago, Illinois

The Department of Behavioral Sciences at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago is looking to fill a position in Psycho-Oncology. This is a clinical position, with opportunities for research and teaching. This includes psychological evaluation and intervention with patients, families, and in support of medical staff who are involved in this stressful work. Candidates must have a demonstrated record of research including potential for external grant writing, have interest and commitment to clinical and educational efforts, experience in psycho-oncology, a Ph.D. in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA approved program, and must be licensable in Illinois. We anticipate the hire at the Assistant Professor level, but candidates with exceptional research and funding records are encouraged to apply. The Department has a highly supportive atmosphere, following a clinical scientist model, and Chicago offers an exciting backdrop for living.
