George Mason University: Digital Health Intervention Postdoctoral Faculty

George Mason University is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar to contribute to NIH- and NSF-funded research in behavioral clinical trials, digital health innovation, and personalized care for aging and chronic conditions. The scholar will collaborate with an interdisciplinary, multi-institutional research team and receive strong mentorship to support the transition to an independent researcher career.
Key opportunities include managing community-engaged digital health interventions and clinical trials, leading research papers, writing pilot and career development grants, and guest teaching in graduate courses. The appointment is full-time, in-person for a minimum of one year (renewable up to three years) and will be supervised by Dr. Alicia Hong.
Qualifications: Doctoral degree completed in public health, social/behavioral sciences, psychology, informatics, or a related field; strong quantitative and communication skills; interest in digital health and AI in healthcare.
Salary: $70,000–$85,000 plus full benefits.
