Why You Should Connect!

Omada Health offers evidence-based virtual chronic care and weight health programs that integrate behavioral medicine, including support for members using GLP-1 medications, into care for diabetes, hypertension, MSK, obesity, and behavioral health. This gives partners and members a scalable way to pair high-quality lifestyle and behavior-change support with medical technology.

More About Omada Health

Omada Health is a virtual-first healthcare provider that delivers personalized digital programs to help people prevent and manage chronic conditions like prediabetes, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal issues. It partners mainly with employers, health plans, and health systems to offer these services as a covered benefit to members.

The company combines clinical protocols with behavior science, using health coaches, connected devices (such as scales, blood pressure cuffs, and glucose meters), interactive lessons, and peer communities to support day-to-day behavior change between doctor visits. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in San Francisco, Omada has grown to thousands of employer and health plan customers and has earned recognitions such as CDC full recognition for its Diabetes Prevention Program, NCQA population health accreditation, and URAC accreditation for its musculoskeletal telehealth program.

Its mission is to "bend the curve of chronic disease" by providing evidence-based, integrated virtual care that is proven in peer-reviewed studies to improve outcomes and reduce medical costs for high-risk populations.

Why You Should Connect!

If you've ever had a well-designed study triaged because the writing didn't land, we built this for you. Get a free Translation Gaps diagnostic at our table. Explore a 12-module grantsmanship curriculum, self-paced or institutional, aligned with the NIH 2025 Simplified Review Framework.

More About Lost in Translation Grantsmanship Course

Lost in Translation Grantsmanship Course was built on one observation: most unfunded grants with good science are translation failures, not scientific ones. Founded by NIH reviewer and behavioral scientist Dr. Lisa Carter-Bawa, we train investigators to close the gap between what they write and what reviewers hear.
