Advance registration for SBM's 2015 Annual Meeting is now closed. Onsite registration in San Antonio, TX, opens at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, April 22. Onsite registration rates are the same as advance registration rates and are listed below.

Friday, April 24, 2015            7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Registration Fees

The base Annual Meeting registration fee includes admittance to all educational sessions that do not require a ticket. Tickets are required for courses, workshops, and seminars on Tuesday and Wednesday. Those sessions’ ticket fees are indicated on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

Any registration cancellations must be due to professional and/or personal/family health emergencies and must be made in writing directly to the SBM national office by April 22, 2015. All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed following the Annual Meeting.
