Continuing Medical Education Information
Satisfactory Completion: Participants must have paid tuition fee and completed an online evaluation form to receive a continuing education certificate. Participants not fulfilling these requirements will not receive a certificate. Failure to complete the online evaluation form will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire conference. Partial credit of individual sessions is not available. Certificates are available immediately after completing the online form.
Physicians
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of the Institute for the Advancement of Human Behavior, A Medical Education Company (IAHB-AMEDCO) and the Society of Behavioral Medicine. IAHB-AMEDCO is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

IAHB-AMEDCO designates this educational activity for a maximum of 24.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Nurses
Amedco, St Paul, MN, is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Wisconsin Nurses Association Continuing Education Approval Program Committee, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. This course is co-provided by Amedco and (name of other organization). Maximum of 24.0 contact hours.
Nurse Practitioners
The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners will accept for credit those courses offered by providers who are approved by ANCC or ANCC’s approved approvers (the Wisconsin Nurses Association language above meets this criteria). Nurse practitioners will receive a certificate listing all sessions they attended. Only those sessions whose topics are in the nurse practitioner area of specialty will be eligible to count for relicensure purposes, therefore the total number of hours that are eligible may be less than the total hours shown on the certificate.
Psychologists
The Society of Behavioral Medicine (SBM) is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. SBM maintains responsibility for this program and its content. Maximum of 24.0 hours.
Certified Health Education Specialists
This program has been submitted for approval to the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
Dieticians
Dieticians may earn a total of up to 24.0 CPEUs by attending this conference. Please see the PDP guidelines at www.cdrnet.org for further explanation of requirements.
